Section 01

AA Roadside Assistance.

Complimentary 12-month roadside assistance is provided by the AA. The AA will send you an email with a sign-up link to activate your cover. If you do not receive this email, please contact your salesperson immediately, you are not able to use the benefit of your complimentary roadside assistance unless you have personally activated the product.

Tip: Check your junk or spam folder shortly after purchase. If the AA email has not arrived, your salesperson can help resend or re-arrange the activation link.

Section 02

Distance Selling Regulations β€” Cancellation Rights.

Our delivery service includes a 14-day return guarantee in line with Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to return the vehicle within this period, please notify your salesperson in writing.

A mileage charge applies for every mile over the 200-mile allowance. All other conditions below apply.


  • β€”Contact Anchor Cars in writing within 14 days of delivery if you intend to return the vehicle.
  • β€”Remote Customer Care Pack costs are non-refundable.
  • β€”Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
  • β€”Mileage charges apply for excess miles over the allowed 200-mile test drive.
  • β€”The vehicle must be returned to Anchor Cars β€” we do not collect.
  • β€”The V5 registration document must be returned immediately when received from the DVLA.
  • β€”Vehicle excise duty refunds are handled directly by the DVLA upon return of the V5.

Service Fee and Commission

We receive commission from finance providers, which does not affect the amount you pay under the finance agreement. Details on our current panel of lenders and the commission rates are available upon request.

Payments can be made via bank transfer to Anchor Cars [Lloyds Bank]. We recommend using the Faster Payment system to avoid additional charges.
